New suspicious Kyrgyz airlines pop up on plane tracking sites

A new Kyrgyz airline operating two IL76 cargo aircraft was spotted at plane tracking sites. The airline named Sapsan (Сапсан, flightcode KGB ) owns IL76 EX-76005 0063471147 which is former Zetavia UR-CIV. The second IL76 is EX-76007 1023411378: a former Azee and Jenis Air UP-I7646 which was parked for months at Benghazi airport in Libya.

UR-CIV was flown to Bishkek Manas International airport in Kyrgyzstan on 14 Dececember 2020 as flight ZAV9603, which landed around 14:00 UTC

According to Radarbox, hex code #6010EA is “Sapsan” EX-76005. According to Flightradar24 however, it is “Moalem Aviation” A300 EX-30003. The aircraft has used callsigns for both airlines.

EX-76007 has an interesting history as well. According to earlier research by @Gerjon UP-I7646 was flying for the Libyan National Army as UP-I7646 until recently satellite image of Benghazi taken at 07 May 2021 shows the aircraft. It cannot be seen on a satellite phoo taken on 26 May.

There is a third interesting aircraft registered in the Kyrgyz register. That is “Moalem Aviation (flightcode AMA) ” Airbus A300 freighter EX-30003. This aircraft previously flew for Air Stork, Global Air Transport (ER-ABE) and MNG Airlines.

This aircraft flies using both AMA (Moalem Aviation) and KGB (Sapsan Airline) callsigns, both airlines founded early 2021 in Kyrgyzstan. It seems to be based in the UAE (Sharjah)

Visited Egypt or Libya during 18-19 May 2021. The mode-s of this aircraft is uncertain. Flightradar reported 6010EA belonging to the Airbus EX-30003. Radarbox states this mode-s belongs to IL76 EX-76005.

If there is a relationship between Sapsan and Moalem is not sure. Both are registered at different addresses in Bishek.

Thanks to Gerjon for the information provided in this thread.
