The role of all white Casa CN235 N768KD operated by Prescott

The United States uses many contractors for military and diplomatic purposes. In many situations it is not wanted to use military aircraft for certain flights. Some countries will not allow United States military aircraft to use their airspace. Some Dash 8 aircraft based at Malta fly US diplomates to Libya as explained here.

Another example of using a civilian registered aircraft for government purposes is the all white Casa 235 N768KD operated by a company called Prescott Support. The ownership of the aircraft changed in early 2025. It is now owned by a shell company called Vale Management Inc. with a virtual office.

Officially it is not known why this aircraft is spotted at airports all around the globe and what the purpose of these flights are. The airline is linked to the CIA because it was rumoured Hercules aircraft were used to fly prisoners from Afghanistan and Iraq to the US.

The aircraft can be tracked on ADSBexchange here.

Prescott Support also operates Lockheed L-100-30 Hercules registered N3755P (hex A44973). This aircraft has a similar role as the Casa 235. In September 2024 it flew in Africa visiting Lagos, Abidjan, Accra. It also seems to be based at Myrtle Beach. Around February 2024 it did a similar trip in SouthEast Asia as N768KD did in October 2024.

Some details are known. The aircraft has just a few seats in the hold. So it transports cargo. It can be seen in South America, Africa and South East Asia. It always visits multiple large cities before returning to the United States. Around 2019 it used the CMB flightcode and Camber radio callsign for many flights. CMB is related to military flights. It is operated by a company callld Prescott Support.

More is known because of this comment under a photo of the Hercules. It says the Hercules dropped some cargo for the US embassy in San Jose, Costa Rica. Transporting cargo for embassies worldwide makes perfectly sense. The Casa is a cargo aircraft, the cities flow have US embassies. For some reason this cargo cannot be delivered via regular flights to the embassies. So it could be confidential documents are flown. That could be anything. For example passports.

A recent trip of N768KD to South East Asia started in Myrlte Beach (US) at October 7, 2024. Via a fuel stop in Gander , and the Azores, NAS Rota (Spain) it landed at Malta at October 9. The next day it flew via Cairo to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia. Next stop was Male at the Maledives. Then Colombo, Sri Lanka, to Bangkok. At October 15 it did a return trip to Yangon (Myanmar) from Bangkok. The next day it flew to Ho Chi Minh city in Vietnam. After a short stop it continued to Phnom-Penh (Cambodja). And from there back to Bangkok. At October 17 it flew Bangkok-Hanoi and back. At October 18 it flew Bangkok-Singapore -Kuala Lumpur and back to Bangkok. It then flew to U-Tapao. A Thai Royal Navy airport. This base is sometimes used by the USAF during military exercises. Sometimes USAF KC-135 tankers are parked here. At October 21 the aircraft returned to Bangkok. It went to Colombo and Phuket. At October 26 it flew to Clark AFB near Manilla in the Philippines. At October 29 it flew via a stop at Taipai (Taiwan) to Naha (Japan). At October 31 via a stop at Tokyo it landed at Chitose (Japan)

So it seems the flights of N768KD are related to bringing cargo to US embassies.

In early 2025 the same aircraft made a trip again. From its base Myrtle Beach it flew on February 11 to Gander . It flew from Gander to Azores February 12. It flew from the Azores with fuelstop at Faro to Malta February 13. It flew Malta to Cairo February 14, 2025.At February 15 it flew to Addis Ababa. After a stop of around 1 hour it continued to Nairobi.
