Haftar has a new cargo aircraft. This time an Antonov 26 5A-ANA

Libyan National Army (LNA), commanded by Haftar, received a new transport aircraft. At January 18, 2025 Antonov 26B with registration EX-26002 (hex #601119) arrived at Benghazi airport. The aircraft was delivered from Manas in Kyrgyzstan with stops in Yerevan, Dalaman and Egypt. The former (but maybe also current) operator of the aircraft is Fly Sky Airlines. Fly Sky operates IL76 on dodgy flights.

The aircraft frequently flies out of its base at Benghazi to destinations in Libya. It is now using hex #500000. At February 12 for example it flew to a destination southwest of Benghazi, likely Sabha. Based on the speed and altitude the aircraft flies on this is likely the Antonov.

Also on February 16 2025 the same aircraft flew from Benghazi to Sabha and back.

In May 2025 during a big military parade with presence of Belarus and Russian military leaders Antonov 26 5A-ANA was seen flying.
