US government linked Gulfstream visits Caracas. Might be an indication for diplomatic talks

A Gulfstream executive jet linked to US government visited Caracas in Venezuela at December 19 en 21. This could indicate diplomatic talks are held between the two countries.

At December 19 G1159 N195PA flew from Miami to Caracas.. It left after just more than one hour to San Juan. On December 21 the aircraft departed San Juan back to Caracas. After an one hour stop it departed to Miami. The aircraft is owned by Sandy Wings LLC (Phoenix Air). As the aircraft visited some very unusual places in the past like Benghazi, Libya , Dushanbe, Tajikistan the aircraft is possibly linked to CIA or US Government operations.

This aircraft got the registration in February 2021. However there is no photo of this aircraft on the internet. Which is very strange. I also could not find the construction number of this aircraft and it previouis owner..

The United States Department of the Treasury announced the same Wednesday the removal from the list of the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of an aircraft belonging to businessman Rafael Alfredo Sarría Díaz, accused of being an alleged Chavista front man. This is the Aircraft Model G200 aircraft registration N488RC, which had been included in September 2018 on the list of frozen properties.(source)
